Terri Toennies, CMP, General Manager

  • Director of Catering and Convention Services - Hyatt Hotels, Princeton, Buffalo, Boston, La Jolla, Houston and New Orleans
  • Assistant General Manager- House of Blues, New Orleans
  • Director of Sales - House of Blues, Las Vegas
  • Tourism Council of San Antonio, St. Paul Square Association, and Commissioner to the Convention and Visitors Bureau
  • Terri’s interests include music, theater and spending time
    with her daughter.

Paul Nix, Director of Operations

  • Baza began his career as a dish boy and worked his way up the ranks

Curt Voris, Director of Sales

  • Catering and Convention Services Manager- Hyatt Regency San Antonio
  • Managed large conventions and high profile accounts 
  • Voris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, rocking out to 80s hair metal and playing sports

Rebecca Perez-Clark, Controller
13 years experience as a Controller in the Food and Beverage industry

  • C.P.A. and a Graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio

  • Business and Industry Food Service provider - responsible for the financial reporting of  the USAA, American Express and Met Life contracts
  • A native of San Antonio, Texas, Rebecca resides in town with her husband Bob, and pet beagle, Beauty.

  • Owner of a motion picture catering company
  • 2006 Manager of the Year awarded by the Texas Restaurant Association
  • Previously Featured on Kens 5 morning show “Great Day SA”
  • Chef Jimenez and his wife Nancie have two boys, five cats, one dog and one hamster that eats fruit loops.

George Serna, General Manager Aldaco's Restaurant
Over 21 years experience in the hospitality management

  • Restaurant Manager-Brinker Corporation
  • Bar Manager- La Posada Hotel, Laredo, Texas
  • Native of Laredo, Texas has lived in San Antonio since 1989
  • Enjoys traveling - His next venture will be a road trip to The Grand Canyon and Disneyland with his son and future NASCAR Driver, Chris.
