Her ten years of experience at Sunset Station, working with meeting planners locally, statewide and across the country, gives her a highly specialized perspective for the most responsive event facilitation.

Andrea Campos' experience in the catering and hospitality industry is ideal for the excellent support she provides to the sales team members at Rosemary's Catering – Sunset Station, working closely with clients throughout the entire accounting and other administrative processes.

Stacy Harrell

Catering Sales Manager

Detail-oriented and committed to resolving any last minute issues or client requests, Stacy Harrell brings to her position a solid background in the hospitality industry. Previously with The RK Group in Austin, Texas, Stacy relies on her unique and demanding educational studies in biomedical science to ensure that every event is carefully planned, designed and executed from start to finish.

After gaining experience with various sports teams and programming, she found a dedicated interest in organizing and managing events, which led her to her joining The RK Group in 2011 to pursue her passion for special events planning. Adept at event orchestration for weddings, meetings and special celebrations, Stephanie is an expert at coordinating catering service for large-scale or more intimate functions.

Shelley Espinoza

Event Service Manager

Shelley Espinoza began her career here in operations, prior to becoming the event service manager for Rosemary's Catering -Sunset Station. Through  detailed planning and scheduling activities, Shelley is an expert at meeting the challenges of venue operations and helping to coordinate our successful events. A foodie at heart, she also enjoys working with customers to create custom menus to fit their specific needs.

Tara Valdez

Catering Sales Manager

Tara Valdez has over 20 years in the catering and hospitality industry that offers clients of Rosemary's Catering-Sunset Station with the advantage of outstanding planning skills and spot-on event service. Previous positions in other catering operations as well as demanding roles at places such as the Hard Rock Cafe, San Antonio, help Tara respond to client requests in the most timely and creative manner – her weddings, receptions and all special occasion functions including convention events are always a memorable affair for parties of any size.

Historic Sunset Station is located just one hundred yards north of the Alamodome and a short walk from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. We are only a few minutes away from the downtown hotels and just three blocks east of the River Walk. Over 1,000 parking spaces are available within a two-block walk. Lot rental and valet parking is available for special events.
